Casa Anita & Corona del Mar are only 4 blocks from Los Muertos Beach, the most popular beach in the downtown area, filled with beach clubs, fine dining restaurants and the famous pier which lights up at night and provides a spectacular view of the city.  A few blocks further you will find the Lazaro Cardenas park, also known as the Parque de Azulejos, famous for it’s mosaic tile artwork.  The south side of town and the Malecon area are connected by a pedestrian bridge that crosses the Cuale River to the Malecon.  This area is well known for it’s street sculptures, art galleries, restaurants, night clubs, bars and the famous Church of Guadalupe. Casa Anita & Corona del Mar is nestled in the mountains, with a fabulous view of the bay and walking distance to the beach and downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Our suites are divided into 6 categories. We have suites to suit everyone. Choose from our Bachelor Suite, Junior Suites, Deluxe Suites, 1 Bedroom apartments, 2 Bedroom apartments or our 3 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. Not all of our suites have air conditioning. Scroll down to see the suites.

1 Anita 3

Bachelor Suite

This cozy studio is located one floor above the pool and BBQ deck. Anita 3 is very popular because of its low price. It has a double bed which tucks into the wall to be used as a couch during the day.

Junior Suite

A favorite because of its location in the building: one floor up from the main pool area. The living-room and bedroom area are separated by a fully equipped kitchen.

Deluxe Suite

This large studio has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

One Bedroom Apartment

The large balcony with table and chairs has a great view of the ocean. This suite has a king size bed and air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room where 2 extra guests can sleep.

4 Corona 1

Two Bedroom Apartment

It is on the second floor so it has few steps. The balcony has a large table and chair set with a filigree iron protection. The large living-room has a gas fire-place, air conditioning and bright colors for a cozy atmosphere.

Three Bedroom Penthouse

3 bedrooms on two levels with 2 ultra modern bathrooms, handpainted sinks & the latest in designer decorative tiles. Living room ceiling rises cathedral-like to the second story roof with a 1/2 ton metal filigree iron chandelier.

A great view of the ocean. Within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to most restaurants. 15 minute walk to beach. Room spacious with all basic amenities. Nice and private with own balcony. Nice and clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Casa Anita and the staff were amazing. Our room very extremely spacious, clean and tidy upon arrival. The cleaning maid continued throughout our staff cleaning our condo. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our patio had amazing views all day and night.

Room was spotlessly clean - traditional mexican furnishings, all necessary utensils. A lovely view of the bay, despite the behomath hotels springing up nearby. Checkin was pleasant, 50 pesos made the bellman very happy to carry my heavy luggage up 5 flights of stairs!

I have stayed here before and am always dazzled by the beauty and design of the rooms at Casa Anita and Corona Del Mar. They are private and secure and extremely comfortable. It is a little home away from home and extremely affordable. Next time we are in Vallarta we will be staying there again.
